Description
- Deliver on-site installation, testing, and troubleshooting services.
- Collaborate with R&D and support to report issues and recommend fixes.
- Create technical guides and onboarding materials for customers.
- Track project progress and customer feedback.
Education & Experience
- IT, EE, or engineering background, or equivalent experience.
