Description

  • Deliver on-site installation, testing, and troubleshooting services.
  • Collaborate with R&D and support to report issues and recommend fixes.
  • Create technical guides and onboarding materials for customers.
  • Track project progress and customer feedback.

Education & Experience

  • IT, EE, or engineering background, or equivalent experience.
